Put some of the paint in a Ziploc Bag, put in the 2 cotton balls and shake until they are yellow. Feet, eyes, and beaks can be cut from orange & black construction paper and glued on. Then you can glue the chick into half of the egg shell.

This is a messy craft so you will need to Cover work area with something like a plastic tarp (so things don’t stick to it) or large plastic bags. Blow up balloons to the size you want your finished egg decoration to be. Multi colored string looks great as well
Mix plaster as directed on package, and pour into plastic peanut butter jar, up to where the rim begins. Place tree piece into the wet plaster filled jar. The plaster should be thick enough to hold the tree piece upright and centered. Set aside to harden. Cut the spoon handles
