Glue the 1 inch pom pom on top of the 2 inch pompom with tacky glue.

Cut a 3/4 inch long by 1/2 inch wide diamond shape out of the orange felt.

Fold the felt in half and glue it as a beak to the small pom pom.

Glue the two eyes above the beak on the top pompom.
